Wow. All businesses should be run with this kind of customer service. I ordered some flowers for a same day delivery. Since I gave her very little time for delivery, she called back right away to update me on the delivery time. Since i couldn't receive the flowers on time, she gladly refunded the whole amount right away. Will definitely use her business when I have a need next time.
Always a 5-star service! I've bought different beautiful arrangements for different events/occasions and each one is perfectly arranged. Just bought about 50 rose stems the other day for a Chocolate & Wine Pairing event and it was the final touch that sealed the deal.
