I went to pick up a prescription for someone that was called in today. The pharmacy called back to say it was ready. When I got to the pharmacy at 6:30 PM they were closed! They’re supposed to be open until 7:00 PM. When the pharmacy called to say the prescription was ready they did not mention that they were closing early. Now the person can’t go until Monday and they have no medication left! Not good.
Passionate, respectful, professional and the most important for me: on time and never over promise but let you know ahead of time for any necessary information.
