horrible management. very rude. also read their reviews it’s all people leaving their first review in the same pattern, pretty suspicious how all the reviews mention people by name.
We had a great tour from Charlie. He was well informed and a fun tour guide. He helped us to feel excited for our student’s stay at this apartment building next year.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is absolutely criminal what they charge for these apartments. I has to submit 7+ maintenance requests alone. Not only that the gym constantly had broken equipment and the rent was absurd for how small of an apartment I had. There is no guarantee you will have sunlight in your unit or a window that will open. Also there are SO MANY mandatory repairs done throughout your lease.
