I love 957 CrossFit! it’s my happy place💪🏼! Such a great facility, Coach Isaac is the best and professional created a really positive and encouraging environment for all participants. I’ve benefited so much from training here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed from the first visit. The workouts are challenging but also scalable for all abilities. Awesome space and the owner is extremely accommodating
I've had many trainers in many activities. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, one on one, HIIT, etc, and Isaiah stands out for his ability to watch your reactions to movements and adjust to YOUR level. He will encourage you, not push you over your capabilities. I know that I will excel much more in this environment.
A couple disclaimers up front: 1. This is my first experience with CrossFit, so I don't know how this gym compares to others. 2. I forgot what 2 was going to be. Sorry. So let me start by saying that for the longest time I was a person who didn't like the idea of CrossFit. As a medical person, I treated many injuries and ailments caused by people (improperly, as it would turn out) CrossFit. I was pretty reluctant to give it a chance.
