Specifically told receptionist tractor tire came off left front side from the perspective as if you are sitting in the tractor, looking out the front. I mounted the tire and it was quite obvious the tractor tire was mounted backwards. Extremely irritated because as a disabled Veteran with severe neck and back problems, the last thing I want to do is be wrestling a tractor tire for no reason when I told them specifically which side it came off of.

I had an attempted wheel departure while hauling a horse and trailer and travelling to north Idaho. 95 Tire put my vehicle on their emergency list, ordered parts from further north and had me back on the road within a few short hours.
