We had a camp trailer with a severe wear pattern on one tire, where able to get it in and fixed within a few hours! No interuption to our travel plans! Great experience, thank you !
I had an attempted wheel departure while hauling a horse and trailer and travelling to north Idaho. 95 Tire put my vehicle on their emergency list, ordered parts from further north and had me back on the road within a few short hours. Unbelievable service and all personnel were friendly and helpful. Paying the bill, I was in unbelief again, under $1000 for all that transpired. Thank you, Mike, Rider and Ashley.
Declared my tire non repairable, didn't suggest ANYTHING. Not a new tire used tire. Truth, they didn't even inflate my flat until I arrived. I didn't need a keen ear to hear it inflate the shop was quiet. Besides 2 grouchy customer service reps. Hey my tire is patched! I'm headed ro town 2 buy 4 new! It's a shame u didn't suggest ANYTHING. IM LOCAL, I pay for service and you failed.
Completely amazing people working at 95! Had new tires put on and breaks replaced. Went to head home and a defective rotor snapped in 3 places on me. Well at the time I didn't know what it was. Instantly called them in a panic because I didn't get far and they were so kind they came to me and had me leave my car over night and drove me home. 11 out of 10 in my opinion. I highly recommend 95 tire pros. Thank you everyone at 95! You guys are truly awesome.
Scheduled an appointment for an alignment, Still pulling to the right after I left, Tires were cupping they didn’t even offer to rotate because it wasn’t scheduled apparently, did not even grease the front end, did not check the tire pressure, pressure rear driver tire has 20 pounds less than the other three . I called when I got home and told me I had to come back for an appointment to get them rotated after I called even though it was in the shop, they never came out to address any of the issues that they saw prior to me l... read more
