Both my wife and I have called the office to ask about some property they have listed.When I called I was told nobody knew the price except someone that wasn't even in the office! When my wife called she was told that it was against the law for the woman on the phone to tell her anything! How this place stays in business is a mystery to me! I would suggest everyone avoid this confused realtor!
Rachel Case Kolar and 940 Realty were fantastic! No question left unanswered, and is always on top of her information. Simply the best in the business. I cannot recommend them enough!
Rachel is who you need to talk to, ESPECIALLY for military. We hit a few snags we could in the process that would have been really stressful but Rachel was always there to resolve any issues even after we moved. We never worried because Rachel took every burden on her own shoulders. We are forever grateful we had her to sell our first home.
