I have been a loyal customer for years. I recently had my car serviced and brought in a coupon for $100 off any service. The coupon was not honored allegedly because the fine print said you must spend $1,000. This is what was communicated to me when it was time to pay and I complained about the bill. The $1,000 requirement was not true and this was never communicated to me before I had my car serviced. The service advisor never wrote up my car for estimate but keep saying I got you. Honesty & Integrity are utmost on my agenda when it comes to choosing a dealership.I find both and then some at 94Nissan..and they give me a good deal as a repeat customer.I drive 20 miles(one way) to patronize them and I have a Nissan dealership less than one mile away.At 94Nissan I can ask to talk to one of the owners and they will accommodate me,happily.I asked to speak to the owner of the dealership less than a mile from me and he doesn't do that.94NISSAN has earned my business
