Be wary shopping here for a car if you’re a female. Sometimes when I’m there for a simple oil change, I get approached by a salesman when they have some type of special going on. This last time was absolutely ridiculous. This was a different salesman who approached me this time. My usual salesman was there, but I guess the other one got to me first. I had a wonderful experience with Sierra! She was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Sierra to anyone looking for a great experience!
Exceptional service from the beginning to the end.
They always do a great job … the prices are a little too high because an oil change and tire rotation should not be $200 for a versa. The air filter is not included in the oil change either which is weird . That was $50 extra.
