Tyler has great customer service. Very professional and courteous. Tyler still gets 5 stars, but the service is 1. If I could give 0, I would. I found out my oil wasn't changed, which is very unfortunate. I will never visit this dealership again. This is the 2nd time I've not been satisfied with their service. This is it, no more. No recommendations.
