Loveeee this place! Whether you’re a beginner or advanced in your fitness journey the coaches meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be! I have a few injuries in my body but Jen has always been able to make adjustments to the exercises to make sure I’m supported the right way. Can’t stress it enough, every time I train here I feel better and no pain in my joints.
Apparently I'm 🔥exceptional🔥 according to Jen! If you appreciate working with someone who knows her mission and values, who uses your feedback to encourage body growth and even helps you connect to why you may be doing personal training, this is your person/team. I'm an intuitive person when it comes to my body so in only 4 weeks I was able to reconnect with some muscles that I had been under/overcompensating. I was able to graduate to some real weights and workout equipment by the last session.
