Mikayla & Ashley were super helpful w/ our move-in & tour. They really made us want to be part of the community since they & some neighbors were super welcoming. Dustin, their maintenance guy, is a standup guy — you can tell he really cares about his craft & residents.
I lived at 933 The U since the day the building opened, for over 8 years. What used to be a true luxury building has devolved into a minimal-service operation with premium price tags, rent hikes, and escalating fees. Aside from Dustin, the super—who is fantastic—management treats long-term residents as an afterthought. Their communication is abysmal; it took two weeks and three follow-up emails from me just to get a basic response to my latest request, with zero follow-up since. Terrible experience. Setup a tour online and when I arrived for my tour no one was available. I reached out several times and went to the leasing office and no one was available. Unfortunately I had driven several hours to make it here today to see this and other apartments. I feel slighted and will not consider this apartment complex that does not value me. I had called and confirmed my appointment with the automated service twice.
Pros: Great location, nice apartment building, friendly & helpful staff. There’s a communal coffee machine in the lobby, and even a dog-washing room. Cons: The AC is a bit loud. Avoid renting Apt 310 if possible because the upstairs neighbor stomps around all day and all night.
Confortable apartaments with a excelent infrastructure.
