Not a bad condo
Nice condo building, only bad thing is that there aren't enough elevators
This review is strictly of the 930 Rose Condominium. When I was a tenant, the building had ongoing problems that were mind boggling for a property built only a few years ago. Out of service elevator for nearly 2 months. Hot water issues every month. Pet wastes left around the property so frequently owners were threatened with being fined. Trash rooms continually dirty and smell (vomit and trash). Fire alarms not working on all floors, and residents not aware of fire alarms in the building. Power going off when storms come.
