It's a newer condo building. However, unlike the other apartment buildings, this one doesn't have a pool. No individual water heaters in each unit so if the main water heater fails it affects the whole building. Also the management can be quite difficult, and one of the residents was rude
Keep calling the number provided for this building , lady answers and hangs up twice now before i can confirm i have the right number but i know this is the right number. ...pathetically awful and disrespectful staff.
