This place is a scam. I went here to get my NY State Emissions Inspection. The mechanic asked me to leave my car. I said I had time and would wait. After 45 minutes of waiting out in the sun, the mechanic looked at the side of my car and said that I would fail inspection unless I bought new break pads. I told him I didn't need new break pads, I had my car checked at the dealership in NJ two weeks prior to have the multipoint inspection and to do a computer update, I just needed the NY inspection to renew registration.
