Nicely decorated. Foods and dressings were mislabeled. Pricing was not very clear and it was difficult to establish allergenic foods.
Lunch was nice, but I felt it was overpriced for what the buffet offered. The item selection was also quite limited. Most of the meat was already marinated, so there were very few options for plain, unseasoned meat during lunch. The staff were mostly just looking at their phones, which didn’t feel very attentive. I did like the salad bar concept.

Went to the Duluth location a couple of months ago and it was wonderful. Went to the PTC location today and when the waiter heard that we had been to Duluth, he explained the difference. At PTC, the waiter does not bring the protein from the kitchen for you to cook. The uncooked meat is sitting in open top trays in the buffet area. We went and looked and even though the trays were cold, the meat sitting exposed on top was not. Also, anyone could stick the reusable tongs from the raw chicken into the beef.
