Building makes a loud banging, backfire type sound all hours that is aggravating all of the neighbors and probably residents. Code Dept researching noise. If you live in the building, can you comment on what is making the noise?
Dog has barked from apartment on third floor for days and last night barked all night long. Called apartment manager and he called the police on me for complaining about it. update; nov. 16: Building is now making a loud banging, backfire type sound that is aggravating all of the neighbors. When it blows it releases a big blast of steam and sounds like a canon at random times all day and night. City suggests I file a noise complaint. I'm digging a fallout shelter and having the kids wear hard hats while they are out playing.

The old management company, Zell, were pretty bad at actually taking care of the place. The new guys, Klein Property Management, are absolutely fantastic so far, totally turned this around for me.
I’ve lived here for 3 years and overall it’s been a pleasant experience. The apartment was pretty modern and cozy, nice kitchen appliances and good size bathroom. All the common areas are cleaned very regularly and I really couldn’t complain about the cleanliness. The management is very responsive and tries its best to keep everything in check.
