Building makes a loud banging, backfire type sound all hours that is aggravating all of the neighbors and probably residents. Code Dept researching noise. If you live in the building, can you comment on what is making the noise?
Dog has barked from apartment on third floor for days and last night barked all night long. Called apartment manager and he called the police on me for complaining about it. update; nov. 16: Building is now making a loud banging, backfire type sound that is aggravating all of the neighbors. When it blows it releases a big blast of steam and sounds like a canon at random times all day and night. City suggests I file a noise complaint. I'm digging a fallout shelter and having the kids wear hard hats while they are out playing.
