Extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional 'barber'. My mom drove my 91 year old dad for a haircut and arrived right at opening time. Door was locked, so they waited in the car in front of the shop. Around 10:30 a unkept sloppy person in baggy sweat pants with his stomach hanging out and wearing a stained tee shirt opened the door and my mom came in to ask about a haircut. Worst barber experience I've ever had. There was one person in front of me when I arrived and the barber took over an hour to cut his hair because they were chatting. It's finally my turn to sit in the chair and right before starting to cut my hair, he excuses himself and leaves the building (unstaffed) with me waiting in the chair. I sat there for 20 minutes before getting fed up and leaving. I was there for an hour and a half and didn't even get a haircut.
