Very nice facility with top notch staff and equipment. Excellent location and availability of classes.
Love this gym. Been here since 2021 and so glad I had a place that was not crowded, had amazing coaches, and fit in my schedule. I was super intimidated about CrossFit until I came here and realized it works, better than anything and if done right, very safe. The staff, the coaches, the owner are amazing and all help you push yourself to your greatest goal. I’m so thankful I found them and followed through with joining a challenge. It not only made me loose weight and feel great but made me change my whole life style to a healthier one.
