Edit: Guy said I contacted him on 8/12, it was 8/9. It took multiple attempts before he would reply. He claims he could not tell if I was serious, even though I told him how serious I was. He also said he doesn't like to take deposits from people, but he changed the policy for this buyer who magically showed up the day before and has it on hold with a deposit. Generally nonresponsive and rude. Not surprised the business has no BBB accreditation. Sold out a car from under us, or it never existed in the first place.
Got a car from Jake without ever meeting him or seeing the car in person. I was nervous to buy out of state but Jake kept all communication with me, I sent him the money before he sent the car and he really came through!
