As a student, I had very stressful and negative experiences with Helisis. Difficulties with essential maintenance, accountability, and adherence to civil code laws. No phone number even for emergencies. Not recommended, especially if you are new to the city and unfamiliar with your tenant rights. Contact your legal insurance if you ever feel pressured or unsure. There are many other places to rent from.
