Kelly is AMAZING! I decided to try 916 Nailabs based on some recommendations and I'm so grateful I did. I was so fortunate to get Kelly for my first set of dip nails and she was incredible, I was beyond impressed. I went back that weekend for a relaxing and much needed pedicure, which was AWESOME. Today I saw Kelly and showed her a picture I found on a Pinterest nail site for cat eyes. She meticulously and with the arts manship of a skilled designer created them.
