John is the BEST! He helped me with all my many questions, wry good communication and answered the phone or called back the same day and went above and beyond with all my extra needs (and there were a lot!) I walked in and right away the attorney came out of an office but seemed like he was in a stressful or overwhelming situation. (Mind you there was no receptionist which is he came out) Unfortunately, the interaction was very disappointing. The attorney came across as rude and dismissive, I understand attorneys can be busy or under pressure, but professionalism and respect should still be shown to everyone who walks through the door.
