When there is a flood or a fire, they take care of all aspects of the restoration and the client -from packing ,moving, storage and to demolish and repair. Great service. After coming home to a flooded basement I called 911 restoration and within 30 minutes had a crew in my house removing water and drying the area up. Cost was fair and insurance covered everything. Customer service was great and they even came back to repair other items that were not in the scope of work. Thank you guys.
