We highly recommend 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire. We woke up at 4 am to a flooded house and They arrived within 35 min. From the moment they arrived they took care of every aspect of the project from the insurance claim to the restoration of the house. Richard, Carlos and Lucas showed up and took care of all the tedious work that needed to be done. They monitored progress daily until the job was completed. 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire did a fantastic job after my 9th floor condo flooded due to a lower neighbors sink backup. After calling three other companies who were non responsive I called 911 Restoration and they had someone out there within hours. Carlos was the original inspector who made me feel comfortable with the process and made us feel like it was going to be alright as this was a very stressful situation. This is the third time I use 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire. They are very responsive and are able to come very quickly. The first time I used them almost 6 years ago. I was out of the country and my tenant texted me saying the apartment is flooding from the bathtub. 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire showed within 1 hour on a Sunday night and fixed the issue explained all details to my tenant and left the equipment needed to remove the moisture.
