I called 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire after a flood in my home and knew right away I picked the right company. Richard, Carlos and Lucas showed up and took care of all the tedious work that needed to be done. They monitored progress daily until the job was completed. 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire did a fantastic job after my 9th floor condo flooded due to a lower neighbors sink backup. After calling three other companies who were non responsive I called 911 Restoration and they had someone out there within hours. Carlos was the original inspector who made me feel comfortable with the process and made us feel like it was going to be alright as this was a very stressful situation. After discovering a faucet left on, and an inch of standing water in an upstairs bed and bath, I started calling water damage companies at 1am. The first two companies, I left messages. (Neither one ever responded) My third call was to 911 Restoration. Not only did they answer my panicked call, Carlos arrived within the 30 minute time he estimated.
