Do not trust this company, they will rip you off! I recently experienced a nightmare with this company, my rental property got water sewage blockage in the back of the house, called them for service, signed the contract for $1500, but they called while onsite, stated the water went down into crawl space, it could cost more to clean water and mold underneath as well, after two days when job was done, they sent me an unbelievable bill for almost $9000, I sent a home inspector to check, found no water went into crawl space, and... read more
In 2019 I had a sudden water leak in my attic. It was a very distressing incident which occurred at the start of the holidays. Keith Goodman and his company were professional. helpful and knowledgeable. They not only took care of the problem, they explained each step of the process along the way. They are licensed by the state of California, their rates were reasonable and they completed their work in a timely manner.
