Cruz and the team were amazing to work with. They answered our questions and concerns. They scheduled, showed up on time and were very professional and courteous.
Beware - they overcharge and don’t inform you that they do. Their prices are much higher than insurance companies will pay. Our insurance company approved our entire claim but did not pay them what they requested because they said it was 35% higher than it should be. 911 restorations put a lien on our house with ZERO warning after not receiving a full payment from our insurance company. I have never dealt with such a horrible, greedy company. They were paid the full fair amount deemed appropriate by insurance and that isn’t ... read more
