Do NOT use this company! We were taken advantage of by 911 Restoration and the contractor they recommended to rebuild our master bathroom shower that had leaked and created a mold problem. Right from the start the work that Skinner did failed, the grout was washing out from between the tiles and the pan continued to leak. When we called and asked Skinner to fix the problem we were accused of sabotaging our own shower by using harsh chemicals to clean it. The crew at 911 Restoration are amazing! They quickly responded to my initial request for service, and helped me throughout the whole process. When I found out the extent of repairs needed for my ceiling I was a little overwhelmed, but these guys reassured me, and put me at ease every step of the way. When they started working on my ceiling they quickly realized I also had carpenter ants, and the work had to be stopped until we took care of that first. Fantastic service!!! They received a call from a panicked, crying pregnant woman at 9am on a Sunday and immediately took action and came to my house to help. I cannot thank them enough for helping me and being so kind in the process! I would highly recommend!!!
