Our basement flooded after the sump pump failed. Chad came out immediately, but there was nothing he could do until the plumber came out to fix the problem. He very kindly set up a dehumidifier for us to use overnight. He told us the damage would likely not be covered, and didn’t pressure us into making any restoration plans. Chad and his team were very prompt and courteous when we had water in our basement. Chad even dropped in on Thanksgiving to check on the drying progress. Chad communicated with us every step and even came back over to talk with the adjuster to ensure we got everything that was damaged covered.
