Well I'll keep this short and simple. Just recently I had flood damage. Hired these guys. They definitely took advantage of my mom. I was unable to do the communication part. So like many car shops....they took advantage of a woman. I'm totally surprised they have great reviews. Utterly disappointed bc the guys werr Hispanic...me too so idk what the deal was but I was charged 3k more than I should have paid....they were trying to get 7k on top of the 5k my insurance paid. Words cannot express how grateful I am for this company. After receiving water in my basement, I called the insurance company who promptly told me I wasn’t covered for the loss. Then I called a big chain water restoration company who never showed up after I told them the loss wasn’t covered. The worst part was they continued to tell me they were on their way! The sewer backed up into our basement with last week's heavy rain. 911 came out quickly. They gave a good estimate and did a great job. I will recommend them to anyone in need of quick, professional and friendly service. Here's a shout out to Junior!!

We called 911 Restoration when a pipe burst above us, flooding our apartment- floors, kitchen cabinets and some walls were destroyed. Ronne was amazing to work with! He came right away and knew exactly what to do as well as how to document the damage for our insurance. He was very detailed in his work, which we definitely appreciated. From there, he was very easy to communicate with and he/his crew did a great job. 911 Restoration did mitigation and rebuild work for us after a pipe burst in our home while we were out of town. They dried out the impacted areas of our home and then replaced hardwood, carpet, a vanity, and repainted. We had to move out for the work to be done, but they scheduled the everything efficiently so that we spent a minimal away from our home and we are very happy with the finished product.
