I had a screen repaired by them. It cracked within a week. I didn't drop it or do anything else to cause the new crack. I called them and while they were nice on the phone, they basically told me it was my problem. They said they installed thousands of these new screens and weren't responsible after they left the shop. I know they have a policy, but I do believe they installed it wrong.
