You don't need to look for another bank or broker. Julio was able to get me a mortgage when no else was able to help as I was looking to buy a house 7 hours away from the GTA. He did the impossible and was able give me some options on mortgages. Absolutely amazing!.

I am writing this to who ever is planning to do HELOC, please don’t make the same mistake that I did. Go to your bank , try to figure it out but don’t put a second mortgage on your home . Two years ago I did that , I was approved for 30$k, which I accept it. I was told that I would pay $70 twice a month, it was way to good and I was told after two years you will get same rate since rate will go down .
