Very prompt, friendly and thorough
We had a slight panic attack when we found mold in our home. With being new to the area we had no idea where to turn. We came across 911 mold pros and I am so grateful we did. If you have mold problems, Brian is your guy. It's rare to find someone as professional and capable as they are honest, but Brian just checks off all these boxes. His integrity is unquestionable. For example, he knew that I have young kids, and so he moved his schedule around so as to complete an inspection of my house almost immediately. He then gave me a breakdown of what needed to happen to fix the problem, and ended up underselling himself in the process. I can't recommend him enough!
