Extremely happy with 911 Mechanical. Staff is always courteous and helpful with booking appointments. The technician on my last appt. was extremely helpful with answering my questions and took his time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend.
Keith and Mike did an excellent job installing my water heater! They were very conscientious, knowledgeable, and cleaned up in a timely manner! I highly recommend for all plumbing job's.
Our 911 Mechanical technician, Chris, was outstanding. Our furnace shut down last weekend, and an error code indicated there was a problem with our blower. Chris determined that the blower motor had to be replaced. He also noticed that our collection box, which collects moisture that forms inside the furnace, was dripping and should be replaced. Another contractor told us during last Fall’s inspection that we should replace our heat exchanger and clean our blower wheel. They would have charged $4,500 for those services. That... read more
