We hired 911 Hazmat to come and clean up a very bad hoarding situation for an elderly friend. From the first phone call they were very understanding and professional and worked with our crazy schedule. Kim was great and she knew how to talk to our elderly friend who was embarrassed of his situation. Kim and all the workers made him and us feel very comfortable. Following the unattended passing of my Father in law we used 911 Hazmat Cleanup to clean the area. This company allowed our family to grieve instead of worrying about how the clean up would be done. The client relations manager, Kimberly took care of everything. She sent hundreds of pictures throughout the process to enable repairs through the home insurance policy. 911 Hazmat Cleanup was the best decision we made.
