Have always had a difficult time getting the owner to respond. We own a 24hr facility so our door is very important to us. We will move forward with a different door company because of several unsatisfactory incidents. Be sure you know their minimum cost before they come out to do an incomplete job and charge you for it then threaten to place a lien on your business.
