Wonderful to work with! The repair people are courteous and get the job done quickly. They call ahead and are on time. What more could you ask for other than a garage door that does not break!
Technician was more than helpful and pleasant. He informed me of my options and spent a great deal of time, even after the job was finished in explaining to me how he could fix an additional problem.
Our door broke early Saturday morning on my way to work .I was able to make a same day appointment to get it repaired. The technician was courteous, friendly, and informative and explained all what caused the problem & the repairs needed.
Their representative was accurate with time and very honest and straight forward with all the information I required. Super friendly and installed the sprocket in less than 1 hour. Will definitely call them back.
