911 Chimney Sweep & Repair the appointment booking was seamless, they came on time and inspected the Wood Fireplace chimney, and cleaned. They also provided a complete tutorial on how to use the fireplace with all the safety tips. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again for service.

We used the company for chimney cleaning a while back. When we used the fireplace, it got smokey, so I called them to double check if everything was fine with the chimney. They sent Owen to assess the situation and he was AMAZIING! Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Every staff we spoke to on the phone was also very approachable and available. HIghly recommended!!!

This company is truly amazing! I called this company to help me with my chimney. The guy who answered the phone was very nice and kind, but he was also very informative and helpful. I needed a chimney sweep, and he told me that they have a team of people who do that kind of thing. They were able to come out within a few days, and they were able to fix my chimney issues immediately. They did such an amazing job!

After calling service was booked within a week, the technician who arrived was well prepared, was able to answer my questions re safety and other features of the fireplace insert that was in the house (fist time dealing with a wood burning insert). I was very happy with the service and will be booking them again for the yearly cleaning next season.
