Very average place. The office people are surprisingly nice and friendly so if I have an issue, I don't feel guilty for bringing it up. Maintenance is understaffed, but very good. I never notice when they've been here if not for the fact that my stuff is fixed. The worst part is the fire alarm randomly going off which I imagine is insufferable if you have animals or babies, so that would be a deal-breaker for me. The staff is the best thing about this place 100%
Joel and Sergio, and all the maintenence staff here do an awesome job with communication and following through with good work. My family and I really enjoy being here, and we appreciate all the staff's hard work.
Joel was great, he went above and beyond. Thank you for the excellence service.
My garbage disposal went out and the maintenance guy came to fix it. My pipes were also corroded so they changed it asap…..
