You also have to worry about your car being broken into. You can hear every step people take in this building as it’s not insulated well. They also have no urgency to clear snow. Apartments themselves are nice. Other than that you get an extremely loud area, depending on your downstairs neighbor, you may get quiet or you may hear them all day banging around (especially if they have kids). Very thin walls, it’s behind a questionably dangerous bar. Packages may be delivered and left outside the building for anyone to steal. Dog poop galore. Staff sometimes is good other times horrible.
