Horrible experience will definitely avoid in the future would recommend to anyone to go elsewhere. Was charged hundreds for a bunch of unnecessary diagnostics and a simple solenoid replacement. When I got the car back there was a bunch of cigarette butts left in the engine bay as well as a rag that was left in such a way that it could have caught on fire or been sucked into the drive belt. Should have taken a picture but didn’t think of it at the time.
Was having a misfire in my 2nd piston and for the life of me couldn't find a mechanic that wasn't busy. David and his people helped me out in no time and got the problem fixed. I highly recommend them.
Owner is great and willing to work with you. The prices are fair! And no sneaky add on fees. The employees are awesome!
David and his crew do an amazing job not only with great workmanship but also with great customer service. I personally love the atmosphere that they create and along with upfront fair pricing. I recommend 10 out of 10!!!
I would recommend this Shop to family and friends it is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic in Klamath falls belive me I have wasted plenty of time and money at other shops. This is the only one I trust in town so far.
