Tonya the manager is a wonderful person, she is a very good understanding person & it is very rare to find people who just want to see you do good! I appreciate everything she has done for me and my family & I hope her spark doesn’t stop. I’m grateful she helped me through my tough times and allowed me a place to call home for a year. I would definitely rent from Tonya again !
I would like to give 907 Flats 5 stars. Very nice community very clean. Nice people. Tonya the property manager is excellent at handling any and all problems that come her way. We would appreciate it if all would be nice and kind. Thank you
This used to be a good place to live but not anymore. I was assigned a parking space, right in front of my apartment now everyone parks there and management does nothing about it. I was told there was no assigned parking but there is, always has been and it’s one of the amenities on their website. Neighbor plays his television full blast almost every night around 1:00am.
