I’ve been going to this gym for six months now, and has really helped me improve and make progress. Even though I’ve been doing strength training for ten years, I couldn’t do pull-ups or chin-ups with my bodyweight without assistance before. Now, I can easily do several reps on my own. An incredible atmosphere, profesional coaching, and overall a friendly and welcoming place. I was scared at first going in but Anthony showed me that working out can be fun and challenging. Whenever I have questions he’s there to answer and when I’m not doing an exercise properly he helps to make sure I learn how to do it for the future. I’ve never been to a gym like this and don’t want to go anywhere else. So glad I decided to join the 905 family!
The coach is very good and knows what he’s doing. I’ve improved so much with personal training, this gym is so much better than a regular gym. Highly recommend!!
