We are the yard next door where 901 pools put in a pool. They drove through our property without asking with a cement truck. Ran over a cable box, cracked our driveway, sunk our grading and blocked the city approved drainage grading. We are the yard next door where 901 pools put in a pool. The pool was approved by my HOA and the city of lakeland, so I’m not sure this pool company could have known about the drainage designed by city, or how bad it was. I won’t hold them solely responsible, because they are not, but it has been a huge mess. Endless drainage issues from the water backing up in our yard since they put a pool in next door. We are finishing up our pool with 901 pools and they have been amazing! We would recommend any of our friends and family to use them. They responded to every call and answered all of our questions. Be careful with 901 Pools. Will waste your time meeting with you and telling you he will get you a quote. Only to tell you he is to busy to quote you. Cannot imagine what would have happen if we used him and he was too busy. Heard nothing but good things and recommendations about him to have this happen. Be aware!
