Great place to workout and get your cardio. Instructors are really knowledgeable and helpful, glad I joined
My home away from home. Clean, safe, and friendly members. Amazing owner down to earth guy and staff super cool. They believed in me more than I believed in myself and I’ve been constantly growing in more ways than one since joining. I love it here.
Highly recommend anyone to join this gym no matter where you’re at with your fitness level. Extremely well kept, clean, and an overall great workout environment. Jay is the best personal trainer as well! I use to work out by myself in big crowded gyms and never saw any results, but now with Jay’s training, I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been! Join!!!
Just did a “tour” with the owner and I was not welcomed, in fact I was deterred from joining his private facility in so many words. My membership (insurance) would not benefit him financially and there are other gyms I could join. The reviews don’t match what I experienced. This was sad.
