This property hired an unprofessional vendor who resurfaced sinks by painting over top of dirt, mold, mildew, hair & old glue and then sealing it. Denies mold & plumbing issues. Management says that an apartment with plumbing issues, mold surrounding all windows & some baseboards, etc. with filthy carpet, no cover on a filty hood over the stove, etc. is a "perfectly fine" apartment. Everyone here deserves a place free from filth, mold & repairs..at least on day of move-in.
