I rented 2 units from them for 3 or 4 years. One of caught fire from according to the fire department was started from a lithium battery. The fire was an accident with no one to really blame. But I had paid 6 months in advance on both units. I month into the payments the unit caught fire. I emptied the unit as they asked me to so they could make repairs.
