I called in advance to ask them if they worked on bicycles with alignment issue. The gentleman said yes , and I asked for a quote and he said it was going to be 25 dollars. I took my bike in and I finally get a call three days later that my bike was ready to pick up. When I got there the gentleman said the total was going to be 60 dollars. I asked him why did it cost 35 dollars more? His respond was that they had to fixed the breaks. Mind you, I came in to get the the tire fixed and I had no issues with the breaks. I have a RAD Power Bike (ebike) that kept getting flat tires every 7-10 days. Over the course of 12 mos and 13 flat tires, four different bike techs were baffled and called it just an unusual case of bad luck. I finally brought the bike to 90+ this past October and they figured out the issue right away. (A little piece of wire that was hiding somewhere near where the spokes entered the wheel.) They just fixed it, didn't try to upsell me anything else. I developed an instant trust and respect for these guys' bike knowledge.
I was having knee problems and I was highly recommended to get a bike fit at 90+ cycling. They really did a great job on trialing amd explaining to me what they felt was wrong. They gave me a detailed discussion about their recommendations in a clear and concise manner. They were able to make various changes and adjustments for my bike to make my future cycling much more comfortable. I had a great experience and highly recommend them.
Been to many fit shops at 90+ I didn't just get a fit done I got educated as in to why certain adjustments were made. Fair pricing and flexibility in schedule. Patient with all my questions, and stopped me from spending on things that I do not need,I think I found my togo fit shop!
John's service is second to none. He goes above and beyond to apply his wealth of experience and knowledge to ensure the perfect bike fit down to the smallest of details. I've never felt rushed throughout the process, I've never felt pressured into a purchase, John is always attentive, and I am thrilled with the work he has done on my bike. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough for your bike fit/service needs!
