9 To 9 Pharmacy They have a Gem! His name is DAN. He's very attentive, polite and cares for their clients. Dan will always call me to inform me that our refills will be delivered and will ask me what I needed. Dan is my go to person and I will not replace this Pharmacy because of such care from Dan. Thank you is never enough for this person. We appreciate you DAN and we are very grateful 🙏

Called to set myself an appointment & had no problem before walking-in, but the front desk seemed so lazy to check the next available or check the next available walk in times she rushed me off the phone saying "I should go else where, I haven't been there in 4 years". Just wouldn't give me a straight answer to my questions, just kept saying "mhmm yeah, soooooo...." Like the front desk should replace her with someone who can actually do more than answer a phone. Or change the name from "Walk-In" to private agencies. Ugly.

Place was very helpful, came and showed respect to everyone and got treated nicely, was there only 30 minutes and got seen, doctor was attentive and helpful, checked my collarbone and made sure to tell me what i needed to do, plenty rest and prescribed pain and inflammation meds, would recommend to anyone in need

The staff here are so rude they don’t know how to treat people nicely, unfortunately my Health card had expired so therefore receptionist was very pushy forcing me to make a payment same day, they said that they’ve given me bad name on my record I wasn’t able to visit any other clinics until I pay the fees. I was constantly bombarded with calls to to pay, they said I would be reimbursed the money back, but I have received nothing from them.
