Purchased a hard drive with promise of delivery next day. Not delivered on time and I refused later delivery. Package returned - never in my hand - and a month and a half later, still waiting for credit. Called and emailed - basically noresponse - spoke to one person who said that it takes "time" - up to 90 days.They managed to bill my CC the same day it was ordered.
