Curry soup was so delicious 🤤
I hate leaving reviews like this, but yesterday's Pad Thai was shocking. The execution was completely rushed: dry noodles, unseasoned chicken, and a texture that felt like soggy, overcooked ramen. There was no balance, no sauce, and no care put into the wok. I couldn't finish it. This restaurant has potential, but whoever was line-cooking yesterday needs to be re-trained on basic prep standards immediately.
