Not sure where to start with this review. I started going to 9 Round almost a year ago. Had heard things about it from others and just was hesitant to start. Finally I figured why not and did my free workout. Patrick was so nice and helpful from the start. The owners Patrick and Stephanie are amazing! Really enjoying this place! The format is super helpful for motivating you to work hard, the trainers are great, and the flexible schedule is a godsend. As someone who trains the contact kind of kickboxing at another studio, I still really appreciate the great workout I can get at 9round. It's amazing what they can squeeze into 30 minutes. It's the perfect cardio routine for busy people, and I always walk out feeling both exhausted and energized. Thank you all.
