Poor customer service, doesn’t return phone calls . Refused to fix the job that wasn’t done properly as advertised when picture proof of the undone job was provided . My calls emails texts and voicemails have been unanswered for months

We had a great experience with 9 Oak Tree Service. They provided a prompt estimate, excellent with showing up on time, did an incredible job cutting down and trimming trees. Higly skilled and professional crew.

Excellent service . Nick and his team are top notch at taking care of your trees. Environmentally friendly. Clean up was fantastic. Only issue would be regarding communication. Read contract to know that 1/2 day is 3 hours and make sure crew knows what you want taken care of once they are on premises.
