I’ve been a loyal customer of Metro Nails and decided to try this salon after hearing it branched off from them. The salon itself is clean and bright, but the service didn’t match the atmosphere. The technicians were loud, and my tech, Andy, was rude and spent most of the appointment speaking negatively instead of creating a relaxing experience. My mom requested regular polish, but gel was applied without letting her know or consenting. Only when she go to pay, it was higher than she thought initially. She was never informed about the charge of the service until my sister pointed out. Danny was the tech and would not recommend him. We are upset that there was no communication or consent for service. Very disappointing.
